Time Zone Updates, Part 2
Apparently the Western Australian government just decided on November 21 to make a change to their Daylight Savings Time period as well, which oh by the way, will now start on December 3rd of this year (yup, nine days from now).

Microsoft has already released an update for the Windows operating systems under support: Windows 2003, Windows XP and Windows Vista.  To get more information about the update and to download it, go here.
