Let's see if Iran has more luck then others with "air gapping" the system. Air gapping is hard to accomplish well and often hinders defensive technologies like patching.

cloud based data storage needs to be protected from insiders. If an customer service rep can reset passwords like in this case, they can also give access to anybody else they feel like.
