Yes, we've noticed it too.  The Conficker Working Group website appears to be down at the moment.  We're trying to find out what the problem is and we'll let you know when we know.

Update 1: (2009-04-09 15:20UTC) Apparently there is a fiber problem at one of the sites.  They are aware of it and hoping for a resolution soon.

 Update 2: (2009-04-10 03:30UTC) Sorry to be so late in reporting they are back live.
