I have a printer (not open to the outside) on this port. I think in my case the records are a benign result of a misconfigured VPN system. The source of the records on this port are coming from a netblock to which we have a VPN link. I think windows is routing printer-requests to the vpn provider, which is routing them back over the open net at me.
